- No E911 Service: DIYTEL Cloud PBX Plans do not include Enhanced 911 (E911) service. This means that calls made through our Cloud PBX system will not automatically provide your location information to emergency services.
- Alternative Emergency Calling: We strongly recommend that you maintain an alternative means of accessing emergency services, such as a traditional landline or a mobile phone, which can provide E911 capabilities.
- User Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that all individuals who may use the DIYTEL Cloud PBX system are aware of the absence of E911 service and the need to use alternative methods for emergency calls.
- Limitations and Risks: Using a VoIP service without E911 capabilities can pose significant risks in emergency situations. Users should understand these limitations and plan accordingly to ensure their safety and the safety of others.
- Acknowledgment: By using DIYTEL Cloud PBX Plans, you acknowledge and accept the limitations of the service regarding emergency calling and agree to inform all potential users of these limitations.
